I had a very positive experience in my first purchase at this dealership. I saw an add for a vehicle I wanted for my son. I made an email inquiry and received a call and email within approximately twenty (20) minutes. Susan was able to put me at ease, though initially I was nervous about my purchase. She facilitate my decision making by steering me in the right direction according to my car needs both financially and for my career.
Pablo was a low key, no pressure salesman. I came in to look at 2013 models and he was able to find the car I wanted at another dealership in GA. He was able to locate the car and deliver it to me the next week. He was very knowledgeable about the Jetta deisel wagon and made me feel well taken care of.
