I appreciate dealing with the same service technician for the past 12 years and she knows me and my cars and that is helpful when I come in for service and she treats me well.

I brought my Volkswagen New Beetle in for an oil change. The work was completed very promptly, and when I got my car, it was just freshly washed.
I had purchased several vehicles in the past and then several years ago when attempting to purchase a used srt 8 Grand Cherokee I had a very bad experience and did revive a personal apology letter from Mr Schumacher.
