Service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Matt was very professional and courteous as well as the General Manager. The waiting area was nice with TV and a computer to use. Overall visit was great.
Great experience. This was my first car and everyone helped so much and made it easier for me. The man in charge of the financial part was also of great service. Two thumbs up!

Hands-down this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! My spouse bought a car from Tyler the week prior. I had been looking for a car for quite some time hadn't settled yet on what I wanted & was in no hurry to buy. Tyler is the reason I purchased from Schumacher. This guy is gold! Zero pressure. So unlike every dealership I walked away from. The car felt like a bonus! I'm loving the car!!! This is my first VW & first Certified car purchase. If all goes well it won't be the last.
My experience was excellent but I have one concern. I was there to have my headliner replaced and now the sunglasses holder in my roof falls open all the time. It was fine before. I haven't had time to come back because this is not critical but wanted you to know.
I love my new jetta sportwagen and got exactly what I wanted. Taylor did and excellent job explaining everything and keeping me informed. It was my first car purchase and he was a pleasure to work with.
I appreciate dealing with the same service technician for the past 12 years and she knows me and my cars and that is helpful when I come in for service and she treats me well.
I want to thank vw for the good will gesture in fixing my vw tiquan due to the fuse box that melted. Cindi in service was great in helping me . Thanks to all Tom
