Servicing I was able to get my appointment the day after I called. I waited in the lobby for about 1 hour and my job was completed.

Purchase Experience = Great! After-Market Install = Poor. Jon made the purchase experience a pleasure. He was polite & knowledgeable. Still have issues with after-market install of Sound/Nav/Back-Up Camera install. Camera doesn't work with 2014 Beetle - this was not disclosed to me until I had returned to the dealership to get it resolved. I will be going back again next week to have the camera replaced with one that will work. When I explained this to Jim, and offered to come in at another time, not only did he tell me he would get me out on time, but he did even better, and got me out way before my time.
