i MADE THE DECISION TO BUY A NEW VEHICLE FROM SCHUMACKER ON NORTH LAKE BLVD OR FROM THE HYUNDAI DEALERSHIP ACROSS FROM SCHUMACKER. I FIRST VISITED SCHUMACKER WITH MY WIFE AND WE WERE SHOWN AROUND BY SUSAN SCHMIDT AFTER WE EXPLAINED WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR IN TERMS OF TYPE OF VEHICLE AND PRICE. I am a realtor and between the time that I scheduled my service and the actual date, I had an appointment with a customer that I could not miss. When I explained this to Jim, and offered to come in at another time, not only did he tell me he would get me out on time, but he did even better, and got me out way before my time. He was friendly and courteous and would highly recommend him and your service department.

Picked up our Passat SEL TDI today (3/21). Entire experience was very professional unlike the vast majority of car dealers in South Florida. Didn't "attack" us as we got out of our car as so many of the dealers do. Easy to work with. Sat in a quiet office not at a table in the middle of the showroom as we did at Toyota and Kia. No low balling, no hidden fees. Worked with us on my lease to get the best price. Would recommend this dealer. Worth driving from Saint Lucie West (50 miles).

I have been "Duped" by the "Buy here pay here" car lots in the past and I have never owned a "New" car before, so I was very excited when I got my pre approval from my bank for an auto loan. I went straight from work to the North Palm Beach VW to look at the Jetta I had seen online. I was completely let down when I was informed by my bank that they messed up my paper work and I would not be able to get the car right then... I appreciated that Jack called to apologize for the misunderstanding with previous service person and then put me in the good hands of Patrick. Patrick was awesome. Helpful and timely. He followed up with on the pre appointment and explained to me all the work being done and the findings. The young lady that sits at the front desk was friendly and helpful too.

My last service and repair work this past week was fine and Cindi was my rep for the first time. My comments that follow and my rating above refer to my overall experience with past service done at Schumacher VW............
