Schuhmacher's service is normally pleasant and efficient. They give me a ride to work and normally have the car by the afternoon. The last time my car had to stay in the shop for 2 days to get parts. Cindy organized a loaner. She's a pleasure to deal with.
I was greeted right away upon arriving. Since I live 30 miles away I asked that I have my car back by a specific time...which I got. Also was taken by shuttle to nearby mall to spend the time. B my car was cleaned when they returned it and all and all, my experience was very pleasant.
Richard did a terrific job of taking care of us. He was informative, responsive and interacted with us in a very positive style. Great experience.
Service was great. Everyone was very friendly. Matt was very professional and courteous as well as the General Manager. The waiting area was nice with TV and a computer to use. Overall visit was great.
Great experience. This was my first car and everyone helped so much and made it easier for me. The man in charge of the financial part was also of great service. Two thumbs up!

Hands-down this is the best car buying experience I've ever had! My spouse bought a car from Tyler the week prior. I had been looking for a car for quite some time hadn't settled yet on what I wanted & was in no hurry to buy. Tyler is the reason I purchased from Schumacher. This guy is gold! Zero pressure. So unlike every dealership I walked away from. The car felt like a bonus! I'm loving the car!!! This is my first VW & first Certified car purchase. If all goes well it won't be the last.
My experience was excellent but I have one concern. I was there to have my headliner replaced and now the sunglasses holder in my roof falls open all the time. It was fine before. I haven't had time to come back because this is not critical but wanted you to know.
I love my new jetta sportwagen and got exactly what I wanted. Taylor did and excellent job explaining everything and keeping me informed. It was my first car purchase and he was a pleasure to work with.
