My annual skin screening at Schweiger Dermatology was everything a trip to a dermatologist should be. The medical assistant Carolann saw me right away and had me in the room in no time. Dr. Diakow was incredibly detailed in checking me over and answered any and all questions I had. Overall experience was great! Front desk staff was a little intimidating but Dr. Marla Diakow was so friendly and easy to talk to. She was also able to diagnose my skin problem and treat it effectively. Wait was minimal as well.
I was able to make an appointment for the following week after I had called. The ladies were super friendly and the office is very clean. My PA was very informative and ready to answer any questions I had. I was super happy with the service and visit .
Outstanding. Extremely professional staff. Rachel Friedman conducted my annual skin cancer screening and was excellent. I brought my mother back a few weeks later and she met Yael Pinn. Another outstanding appointment. Wonderful experience and so very informative.
This place is absolutely amazing. I made an appointment and was called in not even two to three minutes of getting there. I was provided with a personalized skin care routine, had the medicne delivered to my house , and even left with samples and a copy of my routine. Absolutely amazing place
As always, the efficiency of the staff stands out amongst the best. There is no comparison when it pertains to their professional services and patients well being. The patients confidential information is always a top priority.
I have to say that even before stepping into the office, the over the phone interactions were amazing. I had tried another local office and it was seriously like pulling teeth, JUST to make an appointment. That's when I called my insurance and asked if they cover Schweiger as they were also highly recommended. As soon as they gave me the "ok", I called and Chris was great over the phone. I've visited this office a couple times and the service is always the same. The staff is always very friendly. I've always seen Shivani, she very professional and always makes, Ive recommenced a couple friends and family members to her already And will continue to do so.
If you need a dermatologist, go here. It is really that simple. Staff is awesome, Docs are awesome and my PA Shivani is the best. They don't talk down to you, they listen to your every concern and respond with a plan. Why search any further. Near every train and bus and across the street from the 112 precinct so you are safe. Parking is there if you look just not by precinct. Go up the block a little.
