They made my mom feel comfortable and at ease. The front desk staff could translate English to Spanish during the initial part of the visit, which my mom greatly appreciated. I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, which was wonderful because she was in pain. My mom feels much better thanks to Alexandra Moench, NP, and the Spanish-speaking receptionist. Thank you for taking such good care of her.
The staff at Schweiger were pleasant and welcoming. Dr Greenfield was efficient and professional. She listened and she explained. Everyone was gracious and caring. I was thoroughly impressed with their commitment to provide quality care to their patients.
This was truly a good experience from start to finish. When I arrived the receptionist looked as if she really enjoyed working there which made the whole check in experience so pleasant. The trainee doctors introduced themselves and explained what would happen during Dr Kream’s examination and checked if I had any questions or concerns and, again just so pleasant. Dr. Kream has done a miracle addressing my skin issue, of which none of the other 6-7 dermatologists that I visited elsewhere was able to. Every assistant worked on me was great as well. Will definitely recommend Dr Kream to all my friends.
Unbelievable service. They ask for my referral and then ask to fax it then they request it again at the appointment. They do not know how to work their own system. They are working with a system from 1999. Who faxes anymore? Move on there are emails now. It's no wonder their their staff is constantly changing.
