I was blown away with the amazing service here, everything from booking a same day appt with Destiny at corporate, to the front desk staff being efficient and accommodating, to Dr Jane Schneider's professionalism and care. I have found my dermatologist for life, HIGHLY recommend this group and specifically Dr Schneider.

I've been really happy with my experience with Schweiger. Lana is extremely knowledgeable and works hard to come up with the best treatment for you. The office staff are all very nice and helpful, and their new office feels really modern and comfortable.

PA Tracy and Lana are super nice and caring, I've had two great experiences with them. I was nervous about getting Vbeam and Lana was really thorough. Lana's assistant was also so sweet and gave me lots of samples which I love! I never write reviews, but something really upset me on my way out and I have to share. I call this the The Schweiger Dermatology Empire. I don't do social media so this is not easy for me. 1) I got an email that Dr. Heller, my dermatologist of 30 years was back at the Broadway Midtown Office in NYC. I now live in Philadelphia. 1. On a mole scan, Dr. Kream first lifted the waistband of my underpants without asking before saying, 'I'm going to look here.' After I thought that part of the exam was over, she suddenly grabbed my undershorts and yanked them down, fully exposing my genitals not only to her but to her unlicensed assistant with no explanation. 2. The receptionists are beyond rude. They are similarly incompetent and made numerous mistakes with scheduling my appointment. I've waited an hour to see the doctor each time I am here. Dr. Jane Schneider is so pleasant, and the group is doing a major disservice to the doctors by not firing the receptionist.
Stay away from this practice. They are crooks. Also very unsympathetic and disrespectful. It's all about money here. They slapped me with a $75 "no show". They NEVER confirmed my appointment 24 hours before it was scheduled. I had a DNC the day before at another practice (totally unrelated to dermatology)and was not well and bleeding a lot. I was out of it and in bed for 2 days. But never received confirmation of my appointment with Dr.Bahti for a consultation. A month later I get this "no show " charge. I desperately tried... read more
Awful experience. They never call back and "change policies" for no reason at all. Will be finding a new dermatologist that actually cares about their patients. Stay away from here
Worst experience I've ever had in a healthcare setting. The staff were all horribly rude and condescending for no reason, when already the situation of skin is sensitive. The entire office from lobby to examination rooms were extremely hot and stuffy with no air flow whatsoever. There are no COVID precautions in place at all, yet there are signs in the exam rooms to keep your mask up at all times (which should probably be removed if they're not going to be enforced).
