Worst place ever, couldn't not help resolve my issue, went to them 3 times. Now trying to send my files to new practice and Schweiger is withholding my documents/file which I'm pretty sure is illegal. I do not recommend this place at all.

Terrible place. Do not waste your money! I was told that, for Botox, they charge by the area, not the vial. I was seen by a PA, Allison Santhouse, to help my "11s". They charged me $600., but gave me a first-time discount of $100. off. She gave me several shots in the forehead (which were quite painful and bleeding) and told me to come back in a week to see if they worked. They did not, so she gave me more shots and charged me another $350.! And those did not work either. She rushed me out of the office (as my forehead was b... read more

It's owned by a Private Equity Group. They push you to do more tests and recommend creams from the pharma companies that they have backend deals with. All of this obfuscates the financial side so that you're left with a massive bill. Schweiger Dermatology: $900+ for visits/tests/creams with no results (and declining further tests) CVS: $6 for a generic cream that's worked wonderfully

I have been going to Dr. Bruce Heller for a few years now. He is a good doctor and has always prescribed the correct medicine. In the past I have been to dermatologists and have never been prescribed the correct medicine the first time - it is always trial and error which is absolutely ridiculous. Dr. Heller has years of experience and knows what to prescribe and I have always seen instant results. Why then the 2 stars? First, the front office is awful. I initially booked an October appointment with Dr. Sue Ann Wee, but ended up seeing Dr. Bruce Heller because Dr. Wee was running behind when I arrived. Dr. Heller re-prescribed the acne prescriptions I was already using, per my request. He then proposed, rather robotically, the option of cortisone injections to treat my acne. I had an appt with Dr. Heller at 8:50AM. The staff kept me waiting until 9:30AM. At that point I had to leave for a work meeting and never even got to see the doctor. I hope my co-pay is refunded. This is so disrespectful of a patient's time. Shame on Schweiger Dermatology. I've had other issues regarding billing with this office. Don't go to this place. I would give 0 star if I could. I made an appointment months ago to see Susan Hirsch on 10:30 am Nov. 8, 2019 for acnes on chin. On 10:30 am Nov. 8, 2019, I checked in with the reception for my appointment and around 11:05am, a nurse came and brought me to the room at the back. In the room, she asked me couple questions including the reason of coming, if I had used any new cosmetic products that might possibly caused these acnes. You can never get in touch with the office. Like NEVER. When you did go in, they tell you, you won't see the doctor, you will see the PA ( don't mind PA's but I expected a doctor and wasn't informed ahead of time) After waiting 35 min for the PA, she was rushed and practically sighed everyone I asked a question. Would give this place negative stars if I could. All calls for this place get routed to a call center, where they don't actually have access to the doctors' schedules, so your appointment time will get rescheduled. On top of that, because literally ALL calls get routed to a call center, it's impossible to ever talk to anyone at the office to get test results. Every time you call, the call center picks up because the office is "busy" and there is apparently no way to transfer calls over to the office, so you're stuck talkin... read more
