Horrible receptionists! Two women working the front desk couldn't even bother looking up to acknowledge us standing there to check in, then told us they had miss- booked our appointment so we would have to reschedule! And they were so rude about it. Never going back. There are plenty of other good reputable dermatologists in the area. Look elsewhere!

I appreciate Yelp at times like these as it gives me an avenue to caution others of places like Schweiger Dermatology. Lack of organization, no regard for patient's time, poor patient treatment experience, and so unnecessarily expensive. 1. I spoke with the billing department over the phone before I booked my appointment to confirm pricing with my insurance. I wish I read the reviews before I picked this place for an appointment. Much like other patients, I waited an hour for an appt with Dr Wee. I had a 2:45 pm appt and she literally rushed in at 3:45. At this point, I had to leave for my 4 pm meeting. Luckily my office is 2 short blocks away. I got to talk to her for all of 5 minutes. I wanted to consult about Botox & laser treatments. I had a laser treatment for acne scars (CO2) about 3 years ago. I was pricey and the second time painful. Zero results and the costumer service was bad. I post the review now as I found myself looking for a second try somewhere else.

This office has no regard for people's time. During a procedure that requires multiple steps, I sat in the waiting room and was completely ignored for over 90 minutes so they could see other patients - I should have been seen after 45 minutes as promised. When I was in the room, the doctor rushed me through my procedure. This place seems like they are trying to maximize patient load to get more money than provide good health care I've been a patient for almost 10 years and now I'm done - I won't come back again!

Don't waste your time for this place. I waited 30 min to be seen and after that I was told by the doctor the she had no idea where my rush was coming from.

2nd time where I waited more than 20 minutes to be seen by Dr Heller, with each visit lasting 5 minutes or less.

I went in for a recurring procedure for 5 times now. I didn't see a doctor though - I only saw Physician Assistants (PA) each and every time. Each PA have a different billing rate depending on which doctor they work under. You have no way of knowing 1) which PA will have a higher bill rate and 2) what you will actually get charged after insurance subidies since their bill rate affects how much your insurance will cover. The doctors and staff openly treat their patients like a problem. They leave you sitting in their waiting room forever. Then they move you into a smaller room, where you sit again, forever. If you ask any questions during this time, be prepared to have them roll their eyes at you. The doctor I saw, thought she was more of a comedian than an actual doctor.
