Im genuinely surprised by all the negative reviews, my experience was nothing but great. My PCP referred me here and they got me in for a mole check for a mole that was worrying me, within a week. There was little to no wait time to be seen and the Dr (Dr Goldman) was so friendly and polite and put my mind right at ease. I definitely recommend this office based on my experience.
I had an extremely negative and dismissive experience in my first consultation with their staff dermatologist, David Goldman. I came in for treatment of a lifelong and rare skin condition that is quite painful and scarring, and for which I've received every treatment under the sun. For context, it's important to note that many treatments left me in more pain or with more scarring. Don't go here for simple dermatology needs. Even after insurance the price is too much. Especially if you need more than 1 visit. Dr. Gutmark is cool but that's about it.
Appointment times are important to me. Patients should be notified when they have a lengthy wait time, and I was not notified of any delays. My procedure was meant to be very simple but regardless I'm not going back to a medical office that charges $75 cancellation fees and at the same time doesn't properly notify patients about their wait times.
I have been coming here for years and have not had a bad experience. Doctor Gutmark is amazing and has always done a great job. I had an incident today that was not handled well by the staff, and I felt like an inconvenience. I had scheduled an appointment a few weeks back, mentioning the type of appointment 3 times in the call. When I arrived today, it turns they had not scheduled it. They don't pick up the phone. They did not send in my prescription on Friday after my appointment so I didn't have it all weekend, they were out of office. I called in on Monday and told them I needed my prescription and she said she told the medical team. Still it wasn't sent in. I called Tuesday morning and same thing. I'm on the phone right not Tuesday afternoon and have been on hold for ten minutes while she asks someone. SO unprofessional.
My nephew was going here for quite some time, he had a severe psoriasis issue, which was addressed for a few months. Things were going fine until a more expensive and complicated medication was involved. The nurse at the time handling billing was putting all this pressure on him to help with the insurance information. Terrible service- The front receptionists are rude and arrogant. The doctor runs around and has no time.

Had a great experience going in for a mole check. After checking in, I waited about 10 mins & the entire office visit was super quick! -Office was clean & spotless!
