Wow! Dr. Cayce and her team are awesome! I came in for a skin check today and left with a smile after meeting some amazing people. The moment you walk in the door you are greeted by very friendly receptionists. Dr. Cayce's assistants are also super sweet as well :) Dr. Cayce is a native Texan so it was so refreshing experiencing great southern hospitality and polite bedside manner in Los Angeles. Dr. Cayce performed a minor surgery on me yesterday. She made me feel so comfortable that all my anxiety melted away. I am so confident in her work and am happy I found her. So my update is as follows: she still rules!!
Came in for a rash & Dr Rachael Cayce precisely diagnosed what it was and gave me several options for treatment. Thanks to one of the most beautiful doctors I've encountered, my skins all better & soft now! The receptionists are all very friendly and their coffee machine is the best!! :)
A-MAZING. My whole experience was unlike any other doctor's visit. I was frazzled getting there. I was 30 minutes late!! I was already running late from nursing my baby at home, ungodly traffic from the rain and then getting lost trying to find the building. I ended up running from 2 blocks away. I felt terrible. Having never been to a dermatologist before, I wasn't quite sure what to expect as an extremely freckley girl. Luckily, I found Dr. Rachael Cayce and can't say enough great things about my experience here! First, Dr. Cayce has an amazing balance that is hard to find - a balance between being sympathetic, patient/knowledgable and has a sense of humor. I am not sure why "we" have become accustomed to long waits and bad bedside manner for doctors attention and help, but it doesn't have to be that way. My appointment with Dr. Rachel Cayce was spectacular. The staff professionally signed me in, had me fill out missing parts of the forms, and immediately placed me in a waiting room for the doc within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Dr. Cayce did a great job helping explain my "condition" - a sudden outbreak of extreeeeemely itchy eczema on my back. She was easy-to-understand and also gave recommendations on the best route for laser hair removal and gave her opinion on mole removal and strongly advised against tanning (which I don't do, anyway -- helloooo pastiness).
