Assistant saw me for 5 minutes and said surgery wasn't a good route/option... left, and was charged $125. For nothing.

Dr. Cacey was very thorough. She checked out every inch of me and gave me a lot of info on all my skin issues. She was very patient. We decided to remove one of my moles as it had been changing shapes. They called me the next day with info on my mole testing. I thought I would have had to follow up like every other doctor I've ever gone to. Overall very happy and will definitely recommend.

I've been there before and things were great. But today when i tried to make an appointment. They put me on hold and I waited for 10 minutes then it got disconnected. I called again later and told them that I was put on hold and that I got disconnected. So the gentleman put me on hold for another 10 minutes then I get disconnected again. I guess they are too busy to take appointments

someone examining me used alcohol to remove makeup from my lash line to examine some hyper-pigmentation. the alcohol stung my eye and i said, ow is that alcohol?! to which she replied, oh did you not want me to use that? i was annoyed and surprised and the whole tone of the visit changed. the doctor and nurse rushed through my skin cancer check after that and i can tell they just wanted me out of the room. so i basically was treated like i was the jerk for not wanting rubbing alcohol in my eye.

Historically, I get referrals from my primary care doctor for specialists, as she refers me to other medical professionals she or other physicians she knows have used for treatment. I have had nothing but thorough and great experiences having relied upon her excellent referrals for the past 16 years. I came to this office because it is right next to my dentist, whom I love. I figured I would give them a shot and I made an appointment for a body scan. The body scan was the quickest body scan I have ever experienced, there is no way she thoroughly scanned my entire body. In fact, I had to point out the mole that had brought me there in the first place. She ended up wanting to take a mole off my back and told me that this would only cost about $150 total. This was my second visit after 2 years. My previous doctor who I really liked was replaced by Katrina, who I liked even more. As others have commented, the place was clean, professional and the appointment was a brisk in and out. I tried to make an appt on line, but didn't get a response, so I called and got an appt in 3 days. Be prepared to return for a follow-up visit if the first application freezing off skin tags doesn't work. I'll start off saying Lena is very sweet and patient. So I went in for a skin rash that I later realized was only temporary and would go away in due time (which it did!). Lena diagnosed me right away after examining my skin...but stated that to be 100% sure I could always choose to do a biopsy. I opted to do a biopsy after the pills she prescribed didn't work. Very good service, waiting time and facilities. However, the overall one-star rating is because of their professionalism and medical values. A month ago, I emailed the doctor's office saying that I had a small wart right in the eye-line. As I asked if they could see and treat this, they clearly said yes.
