Absolutely awful patient treatment. Went in for an annual check up. Evangelina Nezis barely looked at my skin for a total of 30 seconds, did not get a closer look at my moles. AND charged me for a cosmetic procedure when she initially said that she would do a test on one mole to assess the pain tolerance of the laser. Never said I would be charged for testing it. Had to fight their office for months because they would not provide the necessary info to my insurance. Completely dishonest and fraudulent activity.

Don't waste your time and money on the lasers for acne, they don't work and the woman at the front desk is really rude and mixes up the payments!!

The wait time is the worst I have ever experienced. They seem to be scheduling multiple clients and don't care about the people. They're only interested in making money I think. The front desk people are less than nice and the appointments are rushed. Loon for another place if you can

Shocking lack of professionalism found in this mega-practise. I saw a PA, (or maybe she was an NP) for some dry scaly itchy patches on my face and was diagnosed with seborrhoea and prescribed a cream. When the pharmacy informed me that the cream was not covered by insurance and would cost $1,700 I called Schweiger and asked if the PA would send-in an Rx for an alternate med. I didn't enjoy the experience I had. I saw the PA Kendra at the Flatiron location in New York after trying to meet with Sumayah Jamal on two separate occasions, but had the appointments canceled twice a day before I was scheduled to meet with her. The bedside manner was not the best and I felt rushed. Treatment options weren't given to me other than the first line of defense being laser treatment. Schweiger dermatology in Englewood Cliff's is the absolute worst. Do not go there. You cannot talk to the office, but rather a central phone bank that is incompetent. They rarely call back and one of the dr' s assistants, Dr Scherl, called me back and then hung up on me. Unprofessional and atrocious

Made an appointment online and says it's on the 14th floor. When I get there, the floor was empty with a sign saying don't trespass or alarm will be raised. I stood there like an idiot, wondering where was I gonna go now. I tried calling, but no pick-up. I look online for the address and it says 13th floor. I do not recommend coming here for any sort of dermatologist need. They will rush your visit, prescribe over the counter medicine you can search yourself on Google and then recommend you find treatment with a different doctor that specializes with your needs. That was my experience with a bill worth $150 for absolutely inadequate service. I should have listened to the poor reviews for this place. You are better off visiting a different facility for more serious help and educated assistance.
