Schweiger Dermatology group is the worst experience I've ever had in a "medical office". To start they came in and started speaking to me about the wrong patients information, violating HIPAA. I was waiting on the results of a biopsy for two weeks. After many attempted calls with no response I had to go in person and when I asked to speak with a nurse I was told no and someone would call. At this point I've been trying to get my medical records from them to go to a real practice for two weeks now and have not heard back... read more

Spammers. They sent me birthday greetings, on my actual birthday, to an email address I never used for any business anywhere. I'd never heard of this company before their spam. They must have laid out pretty good money not just for an email list but also a database that includes things like birthdates and who knows what else.

This is my second cancelled appointment at a Schweiger dermatology branch. I made an appointment on Zocdoc, knowing that my insurance was not accepted, and planned to pay for the visit. After my appointment was confirmed, I received a call from the office a couple of hours later - the woman who called was unresponsive to my questions and proceeded to tell me that my appointment was cancelled because my insurance was not accepted. Terribile experience they cancel my appointment twice one while I was on the highway and the other waiting at the office waiting my turn just to tell me that my appointment was cancel with no expansion at all and when I call Zocdoc to complain the lie about it saying that doctor Gregory polar does not work on Friday so why do they took my appointment? but they already changed my appointment to doctor Christopher palines and if he was there refused to see me also costumer service at Zocdoc confirmed I had an appointment also ... read more

I had liquid nitrogen applied to 2 small dark spots on my face- I had this procedure done before with other providers, but this time I had Marianne Pistilli- She used way too much ( which is not proper for face). I had 2 huge blisters the size of grapes which dried up but never heeled. I now have two dark scars on my face. Upon returning, she told me not to contact the supervising physician and to get a prescription for triluma ( which is for melasma not dark scars) which she'd personlly reimburse me for. Julie Gessin, PA-C, left a huge scar on the side of my abdomen from coolsculpting. Said it could take 4+ months to heal. It is very noticeable and have never experienced anything like this from coolsculpting before. Schweiger refused to refund the $2K procedure. When escalated to Dr. Jeremy Fenton, he also did not apologize or offer to help. DO NOT GO HERE

This place is terrible. I booked an appointment on ZocDoc and they reached out to get my information. However I asked them several questions and they never got back to me. I wanted a video appointment and I expressed that at the time of booking. When the time of the appointment came no one called me, no one responded to my messages, and the appointment was missed. I will never book with them again nor would I reccomend anyone else book with them either.

STAY AWAY! This was the ABSOULTE WORST EXPERIENCE. The manager (Sheana) was extremely rude through email and didn't handle my situation in the appropriate manner after numerous times of calling and following up. I had to virtually call everyday in order for my situation to be taken care. DON'T GO TO THE MIDTOWN OFFICE

Jeremy Fenton did not have time to see my wife, but instead of telling us over the phone, asked her to commute there, knowing full well she would have to use public transport, while she was doing distance learning with our son, in the middle of a pandemic, only to make her wait around for an hour and then tell the secretary to pass along that he wouldn't be in that day.
