I would like to dispute the entire bill of $73.93. For context, while I booked an appointment at Schweiger Dermatology for February 02, 2022, their system never registered my appointment. Beware. They'll tell you they are in network when you make your appointment, but they don't tell you not all of the PA's are. Then they send you a bill for the extra not covered.
Would not recommend this group. The billing department is horrible. I had an overpayment because they charged me and my bill was paid in full by my insurance company. Have reached out to them 7 times and will not address my overpayment and return any of my calls. It has been 5 months!! Contacting the BBB next!
This is horrible. Please note they called me from 2015 to 2017 and they had given me powders saying they are medicinal cremes. Nothing improved the same named Dermatologists in New Jersey that the cremes and ointments given by New York are useless. I wasted 1000s of dollars and time
The doctor is great but the office staff are completely incompetent. They have caused me to waste hours of time by not coordinating orders with the doctor.
MUST READ! I came in and I made an appointment with John Ferrari Boutros an absolute BOZO! Told me in order to get rid of my acne scaring that I was gonna need to do two treatments I was very excited and happy to finally be able to get this done. Put on hold for a long time after just moving an appointment and nasty receptionist. Unfriendly and not helpful.
Was misdiagnosed... twice. When i finally got a biopsy and my treatment plan, I had to call back for hours to get the prescription sent. After care is an after thought at this place.
UPDATE They responded of course nicely to email them but I already DID many many many times.
