I am extremely upset with Dr. Picasicia. I was there recently and he removed two things from my face and said everything else was from aging. I felt very rushed. Recently, I went back to my original dermatologist. The Physician's assistant removed two more things from my face. One turned out to be squamous cell carcinoma. If I would have let it go it could have been worse. This is unacceptable. Enid Bush
Wow, where to begin. Had an in person appointment with Dr. Campton early in the year, she prescribed some things that were helping, I call in to ask if I can have the prescriptions renewed and learn that she's fallen off the face of the earth apparently and because of that, they can't renew my scripts. Fine. Tough times for all, I hope she's well. Now I have to meet with another doctor (and pay my co-pay AGAIN this year, which by the way, isn't cheap for dermatology, at least under my plan because it isn't considered "prev... read more
I needed an emergency appointment at the Suffern, NY office because I had poison ivy spreading all over my body (including my private parts) and the steroid pills given to me by a Walk-in Urgent Care facility didn't work as expected. I am a type 1 diabetic and needed to be seen. I was told that due to covid-19, emergency appointments weren't offered. What does covid-19 have to do with getting an emergency appointment? I was actually put on a waiting list for an EMERGENCY! Still haven't heard back but thanks to my endocrinol... read more
Office is clean, Anita Fox is nice and patient, but wait time is horrible. Even calling to make appointments take forever. Sometimes when you have questions, you can only leave messages with call center, although they claimed to call back in 24-48 hours, they may never call you back.
Absolutely terrible. I went to have an annual skin check and discuss some concerns. The doctor absolutely disregarded my concerns despite a history of skin cancer in my family. He also didn't check my armpits, scalp, or breasts which was just careless and negligent. I had two areas biopsied and he gave me zero warning that I was receiving a shot or that it would hurt. Zero real aftercare instructions other than "apply aquaphore" and now one of the sites is infected and guess what... all their offices are closed with no... read more
Received a very unexpected bill of over $60 for a 2 minute appointment back in February. I do not recommend this group.
Had an appointment today at 6pm 6/11/20. When I arrived on time, the lady at the front desk changed my appointment to 6:30. After waiting the extra 30 minutes, I walked back into the office and three people followed behind me. When speaking to the lady, again she told me that they were not ready to attend me. She then proceeded to attend the other customers who in fact told her that their appointment was at 6:30. After letting them in, I reminded her that my appointment was at 6:30 as well. Her response was that they were no... read more
If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received a text last week that my visit was now a "video visit". On the day of my visit, no one contacted me. I called their number to find out why. They told me that since I didn't call to "convert" it to a video visit, my appointment was cancelled. Their text simply said that my appointment was now by video. It said NOTHING about calling to convert the appointment. Only to call if I wanted to cancel or had questions. I was going to this group because my rheumatologist recommend... read more
Where to begin... I booked an appointment through Schweiger's website which sends you directly to ZocDoc. I was in need of a Skin Screening & Preventive Care as I had not done it in over 10 years - yikees! My appointment was properly booked (screenshot on ZocDoc). Things went south when I was asked to pay a $50 copay for my visit. I have no problems paying for a visit but I am also very much aware of the medical system and it's loopholes. My insurance covers entirely any preventive care or skin screening. Prior to confirmin... read more
