WARNING: you will be charged a hidden fee of $400 for a medical consultation for as something as small as "a pimple", according to their staff. This is in addition to any cosmetic consulting ($150), the actual procedure ($400+) and any prescriptions that follow ($50-100). And that cosmetic consult fee they said would go back into your procedural cost? No where to be seen. There's a reason why this place has bad reviews.
The doctors are below mediocre and the practice runs like a call center. They don't bother taking down your medical history or updating their records - I've been prescribed conflicting medication and experienced terrible reactions as a result. They make up invoices and fraudulently bill your insurance provider for services not rendered and don't offer any explanation. Doctors are great hence the 2 stars but the rest of this company is awful. Run by a call center that never returns calls, bills incorrectly and has no clue what they are doing. Not the proper way to run a dr office. I understand this is a business but it should be about patients and not $.
I can only agree with everyone on this page. The doctor was ok but everything else is almost criminally negligent. I tried for 4 MONTHS to get to speak to the doctor that had treated me about a MEDICAL question. It is IMPOSSIBLE to call the doctors office directly, imagine that !!!!! It always goes to a central number where nobody has a clue and they make vague promises that someone will call back. Institutional medicine at it's worst! If you are looking for the personal touch, stay away. You can't reach anyone unless you call the booking appointment line. After you are seen, you can only text your provider and it takes 48 hours at best, to hear back. After a few weeks, I had texted my provider as my wound wasn't healing, only to find out it tested positive. Because no stars wasn't an option. A patient mill. All about $$$. Revolving door of providers which reflects the toxic environment. Unfriendly staff. Office manager absent. Avoid at all costs.
Horrible. He did a laser procedure that resulted in burns and extensive permanent scarring. I've spent thousands of dollars in reconstructive surgery trying to fix this. I regret going to Schweiger every time I look in a mirror.
Not sure what happened but after Monique left, there are no more competent providers (whom I have seen) here. The doctor I saw last week was super curt with me, injected an area, and left without addressing my needs further. Then, I saw Julie, who is awful. She drained without numbing, and left after a minute. She also failed to call in a prescription. Had the issue been an infection, this would have been life threatening. Mariane also is not someone I would see, bad bedside manner.
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT IT. I had a biopsy followed by an allergic reaction in the area of the biopsy. I was in communication with the MD (yes, an MD - don't let them slough you off on a PA) who told me to use on OTC cream. The OTC cream made the allergic reaction rage on my skin. It was burning my skin, making the area much worse, and I was in pain. I have been a patient for several years and have never called on a Sunday.
