Initially, if I could leave -5 stars I would. I would like to start off by saying that this review is specifically for this office this very location, the other location of the California skin Institute is far and beyond superior in every way shape and form. So if you're looking for good communication, good treatment, and accountability. Please do yourself a favor and go to the other office. Avoid this office like the plague. I've visited their San Jose facility a few times in the past for skin treatments and had a great experience. Based on that, when my husband needed a medically necessary Botox treatment--an alternative to surgery--we came here based on a referral. Unfortunately, this turned out to be a complete waste of time. Candy is the best aesthetician and let me just say I'm insanely persnickety. As in, I used to drive from Los Gatos to San Ramon to see my last aesthetician until she retired! She's thorough and caring and helps my crazy perimenopausal skin stay clear and looking its best.

Alyson Portera-Green is an expert aesthetician. I received a facial from her that had instant results. I will be booking lots more to come. Highly recommended.

I usually don't want to review any drs' business but I must say that I agree with all the 2star reviews' comments in here. Clients majority complained about the front desk customer service. They are very impotent and don't know much details when asking them regarding the appointment or billing questions. I know it's often true &sad to say people are unkind to one another and this place is no exception.

Rude rude rude front desk people. Especially Fabiola. Rude to older patients as is the other lady vianka. Why and how these women have a job is beyond me

I feel the treatment I received from Dr. Noodlment's office is awful; the person who answered my call literally shouted at me over the phone when I tried to reschedule the appointments. She did not even let me finish my sentences concerning the insurance coverage and the reasons why I wanted to schedule the procedure at a later time this year.

Thank you Kimberly for helping me remove my eyebrow microblading! After getting swept up into the microblading trend a few years ago, I realized that my brows were still incredibly dark. They weren't fading as much as I hoped.
