I was seen by Dr. Ball. I thought she was very good. Good bedside manner. She seemed confident. I'm giving 3 stars because their front desk staff particularly the lady with longer brown hair was so unpleasant. Check in was terrible. I would of walked out but I needed to see a doctor. I see from other reviewers of this office that I am not the only one that has had a disturbing experience with the staff at this this office.

Dr. Ball is amazing and highly recommend. However, her staff most specifically Rebecca, is incredibly rude. She needs some customer service training to say the least.

I met Dr Noodleman at Age Defy. It was easier to get appointments with him then, but after he and his practice joined California skin institute, he must have move far south of san jose/Saratoga, because it's very hard to get an appointment with him now without driving 30 miles south. But the man is brilliant, having developed some of the most effective acne care cleansers and finishes I've ever used. It's a shame they don't promote those products more. I am on medicare yet Dr. Ball prescribed a $550 cream not covered by medicare and didn't tell me the cost in advance. Masks required but no cleaning solution either coming in nor out of office. Door handles were touched by everybody. Dr. Ball did not answer all my questions. I gave her a list of my meds and both her assistant and Dr. Ball asked what I used for different conditions. I don't recommend this location after an appointment with Dr Ball. The appointment was expedited. A very simple case with a prescription (that didn't help the condition) issued in less than 5 min, and no explanation from Dr Ball. They billed it as a 45min appointment. And when you call to discute the billing issue, they explain that they can just put any higher billing code as they want, they do it all the time, and don't care about the actual appointment duration. It's illegal, and I have filed a complaint.

Alyson is the best aesthetician! I had unsightly bumpy skin around my eyes; they're acnes, blackheads, whiteheads, etc. all developed over many years. I have been to other places for help but no success at all. The aestheticians usually ignored them, probably afraid of extracting acnes on the sensitive skin around the eyes. terrible service and very rude staff!!!! who runs this place??? it's so terrible! i made an appointment but then canceled it and they sent me a bill for my appointment????when i didn't even go to the office or go to my appointment and when i called about it the very rude and disrespectful woman over the counter started getting mad at me??? and talking over me !!! like how? they have no customer service skills whatsoever! she just put me on hold and the phone hung up...worst experience with a "doctor " ever..don't bother goin... read more

NEVER again! Went here because website said all staff wear N95's..THEY DONT! I made a first am appt as I am high risk...they NEVER told me others had been in room before me and I had been told I would be first patient in room. As I went to check in a patient came out coughing and coughing..TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! Place needs to be reported to state!

I would not recommend this location due to the office staff and Dr. Ball. Unprofessional customer service, unfair billing practices and poor results from medical procedures.
