I saw Dr. Ball who removed a melanoma. The entire office is unprofessional, dirty, and Dr. Ball works fast to a fault. Never calls to follow up after surgery. If you're on Medicare with supplemental insurance, forget it! They want your cash. The place is ok if you want a tattoo removed, otherwise, find someplace else for serious professional skin care.
I had my previous Cyst removed after it returned and after getting Cortisone .Dr Ball and her team are a Godsend. I was in and out within 30 minutes and they follow the COVID health mandates really well.. Dr.Ball explained the procedure and we had great conversation during the procedure. The post op instructions are easy to follow and Shelia the front desk associate is super friendly and efficient.
In my first review, I accidentally mentioned a different dr, I just wanted to address that!! Kimberly is the one you want to see!!
Kimberly is very amazing at what she does. She is patient and answers all of your questions. She goes above and beyond to explain the machine quality, the process, what to expect etc. etc. Best of all she has a lovely personality as does the woman at the front desk. Although I can't speak for their dermatologist for other issues/services, I would highly recommend this location over the Los Gatos location. I made an consultation appointment for tattoo removal and was seen by Kim. She was great, very personable and friendly. Kim took a look at my tattoo and stated it would be fairly simple, fast and was hopeful it would only take one session because of its size and faded color. I decided to go forward with it right then and there. Immediately after the quick zap the area was lightened and we were both hopeful it would disappear or at least lighten up. Kimberly is wonderful! She is 100% honest about what you need and what you don't need. She will never over sell you anything but she will listen to what you want and help you achieve that. I trust her, because she's an RN with years of medical experience as well as experience in the beauty industry. The staff in front is very nice also and the office itself is small and comforting not overwhelming at all.
Really difficult to schedule an appointment, the doctor doesn't wear gloves and doesn't really listen to questions or concerns. I've been going here on and off for a few years and have seen multiple doctors, and it really feels like they only care about taking as much money as possible.
Kimberly is THE BEST! If you're looking to get laser tattoo removal this place, and especially Kimberly, is where you should go. I have been to 3 different places and received the pico sure laser tattoo removal, but no where else is even comparable. I NEVER write reviews, but I am TOTALLY impressed with not only my services provided by Kim, but ALL the staff have always been super sweet and accommodating. I have Had my eyebrows horribly tattooed approximately eight years ago. I've been left with these ugly gray blue colored streaks across my four head for quite some time now.
