Ive had good experiences with the support staff and Dr Ball. She's helpful and informative and has taken care of some minor skin issues I've had.
There are several things wrong with this office. First the support staff is terrible, by terrible I mean inept and unfriendly. I called to make an appointment. They asked who I wanted to see. I said I'm new, but this is the condition I'm concerned about (dark spots), who do you recommend? They didn't tell me which doctor I would be seeing, but I got an appointment. I show up on time a few days later, but they can't find my appointment, ask me who I'm supposed to see, and aren't particularly nice to me considering it's their ... read more
This place is no good yes the doctor prescribed meds but I've been going a year now and my acne is worse she hasn't helped at all plus they have never diagnosed what type if acne I have plus the girls who answer the phone are rude and do not care about patients DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME PEOPLE!
Dr. Abrams has retired. The dermatologist that's taken her place, Dr. Ball, is terrific. The staff has always been very nice to me and helpful with insurance matters. I also really appreciate that their schdeule runs on time. My wait time has never been more than 10 minutes. The only thing I've seen Dr. Ball for is acne and Rosacea. I hate that I'm in my early 40s and still get it. I get these awful, painful, cystic pimples on my chin (hormonal acne). This was my 2nd Appointment wit h Dr. Georgia Abrams, 1st, she was late 45 minutes, and that she was in the office doing nothing, when she came to the room after 45 minutes being late, she did not apologized. she pretended as if nothing was wrong she also did not know nothing about my skin condition, she did the biopsy for the 2nd time, I asked her if she has any idea based on her 50 years of Exp, she had no idea. she said I should have the result within a week, After two weeks I still don't have the results..
