New customer and I am SO satisfied. Actually, I don't think satisfied even puts it into perspective. Not only was my appointment very fast and efficient, but the pharmacy that they work with is amazing too! Got my epi duo bottle for free!!! I can't wait to try my new skin care routine, to say the least!!
Dr Fastenberg is wonderful! Dr Joe is not a dr. He prescribed me rx that included the one medication that I am allergic to. It is clearly marked in my chart and I also reminded him. His response was to call me and tell me- it wasn't a "big deal" and that he would reimburse me the $5 copay from is own wallet. I'm sure he preferred to reimburse me instead of dealing with the lawsuit. I've been going to Dr Koss for many years and she has provided me excellent care, from the smallest of skin problems to the 'scary' ones and each time I've felt confident of her expertise and am thrilled with her exceptional bedside manner. She is extremely gentle and explains everything throughout the procedure. The staff at Schweiger is top notch as well. They are professional and there is never a very long wait. I highly recommend them.
My experience with this dermatology office has been very positive. On my first phone call I was offered an appointment for the same day. My physician, Dr Koss,listened to me and started a plan of care right away. They telephoned me a few days later to see how I was doing and to inform me that my insurance company had approved my treatment plan. I went to see Tara Koch this week for a full body check. She was extremely thorough, professional, explained everything, and was personable and friendly as well. I highly recommend her!
Extremely satisfied with the care and service. We as a family see Dr. Koss. She is extremely knowledgeable, patient and attentive. Whenever we've needed a short notice appointment we've been able to schedule another doctor or a physician's assistant all of whom are very competent. The office staff is personable and extremely easy to deal with. Everyone we have dealt with behind the desk has been warm and welcoming . We have seen no unhappy faces working here. I highly recommend this practice for your dermatological needs.
I was quickly and professionally signed in when I arrived. The dr. saw me within no time. Dr. Koss appears to be very professional. She made me feel at ease and explained things as we went along. Schweitzer the place to go if you ever are in need of a dermatologist. I was referred to Joe Pasquale by my primary physician. God bless my Dr! I had a very bad experience with another dermatologist in Smithown. It's a long story, but after months of appointments, basil cell surgery,plastic surgery left incomplete. They sent me bill for thousands of dollars informing me they didn't accept my secondary provider. And I could not come back to "fine tune" my plastic surgery until I paid up.
