The practice was SUPERB! Loved them great Drs. This review is for the Norwalk, Stamford etc offices. Now they do not answer their phones; the AI is nonfunctional and they are rude to all customers including devoted lifetime customers. Never going back. They also are now making mistakes with your healthcare by appointed non medical people in that category.

Had lesions on my scalp and ear. Hassain Ranhwala a PAC with the Toms River NJ group said they where nothing and just froze them. I went to another group and found out they where all cancerous! Had to go through radiation and surgery. This group and this horrible person is dangerous! Don't go there!

was not treated right , given the wrong treatment .3 doctor visits but they always need their $50 co pay would love the refund for making me feel like shit for 2 months

you book an appt 6 months out and they never send a text reminder, then charge $50 for missing it. I'll stay w someone that sends that text reminder. after I left them and cancelled an upcoming appt they said I missed it and theyre now demanding $100 for missing 2 appts. F them. Money hungry scum bags

I've been a patient at this group for many years. I've never had a complaint until now, that the practice has been sold to Schweiger. I had a biopsy done 11 days ago and was told that I would have the results in about a week. When I called this morning I left a message because there wasn't anyone available to speak with me. I then received an email telling me that I would be contacted shortly. Never happened. Several hours later, I called again and again, left a message. I will start off by saying that Valerie is an amazing PA who was compassionate and wanted to see me get better. I have been experiencing very painful psoriasis or eczema on my hands and went to get a biopsy. Over the course of a few days my hands, arms and body went through a horrible flare up. It got to the point where I couldn't open my hands because they were so inflamed, it looked like they were on fire. Sitting in waiting room for over 1 1/2 hours is not my idea of quality patient care. Once I raised issue, all of a sudden two minutes later they had my results. No respect for patients, my time is just as important to me as the Doctors is to them, and I'm paying.

Over an hour wait for Dr. They called in people who came in after me for same dr. I Asked why I wasn't being called in they told me I was next. 10 minutes later they tell me they made me an appt upstairs with another doctor. I cancelled and left.

MEDICAL FRAUD- do not book an annual skin exam here. I am being charged for treatments and medications that I did not receive. I booked an annual skin exam which would be covered under my insurance as a preventative visit. This was discussed at the time I made my appointment, but apparently they will not bill it as such, they only bill as a doctor visit so insurance wont pick it up.
