This place is truly the worst dr office I've ever been to. I would have to say the only thing amazing about this place would be the front desk. They check you in quickly and make you feel like you aren't waiting forever to see the doctor. On the other hand the doctor I was seeing wasn't running on time as I was told by another patient that dr. Fastenberg never runs on time. So I'm giving this office one star for unprofessionalism - I'm a new patient, I was supposed to have my first appointment with Dr. Koss today at 3:30pm. I got there on time and waited patiently. A room full of patients! That's when they called me up to tell me (after I had paid the copay) that she had left for the rest of the day. At this point it was already towards 4:15pm. Joan W Dr F was very pleasant but he failed to tell me until he was well into injecting filler into my skin that it would not diminish the wrinkles and that only a face lift would work. He thought I would see some improvement in a few weeks and if not I could come back for a discount on more fillers. After paying $2300, I realized I had been taken advantaged of.

Recently returned to this office for a follow up visit with Dr Hahn....yet again another horrible experience! Dr Hahn was over an hour late arriving and several Good Samaritan people in the hallway had to literally carry him into the office and then he still was going to see patients when he couldn't even walk or talk! It seems beyond belief, but it's 100% true ! I would give them a zero if I could. Worst experience ever. Employees behind desk are the most heartless creatures I've ever met. Do not recommend this place. They are cold.

I had bad experience with the PA Christina Monaco as I had Melia she started scrapping hard without letting me know no numbing or topical to numb the area the assistant was rude no smile please be careful before they touch ask them explain what or how they are going to pursue the treatment.

So dissapointed! Everytime I go to this practice I wait over an hour for my scheduled appointment. It is an extreme disrespect for peoples time and schedules. Not sure if it the Dr's or the office. I also find that the Dr's should be more thorough explaining costs of procuderes. My daughter had three to five extractions on her chin which was called "acne Surgery" and was billed $325 for this procedure. They never told me what the cost was, just said they will put it thru the insurance and see if they will cover it. No... read more

NO CREDIT CARD YOU'RE NOT BEING SEEN. I arrived ahead of my appointment to fill out paperwork. I walked up to front desk receptionist never even looked up at me, didn't say hello how can I help you. Nothing, rude. I filled out my paperwork. She said she needed my credit card to be kept on file when I refused they refused to see me. It is Schweiger policy to keep a credit card on file just in case you don't pay them. Hello thats why I have insurance. I was only going for an annual body skin check.
