I been patient of Schweiger Dermatology for many years. Today I have pretty urgent need for a dermatology doctor's help due to the medical condition. I called for urgent appointment with Dr. Koss and receptionist did not find any possibility for me to see this doctor earlier than in 2 months from now. He did not offer any alternative doctor that would see me and help. It is another disappointment in this organization.

I had received some routine cosmetic procedures (xanthelasma removal) at a Schweiger and was paying out of pocket at the end of each visit. Received a sneaky bill after being told there were no more charges. I was not going through insurance. They sent a bill for hundreds of dollars for a procedure that I paid out of pocket for at a quarter of the cost two weeks earlier. The surgeon, Dr Lou ,who did my MOHS surgery was excellent. That is where my satisfaction with this group ends. After my surgery I was told to wait in the waiting room which was packed full of people. There was no attempt at social distancing, and there was not a single chair left for me to sit . VERY disappointed with my visit to Schweiger Dermatology. I was excited based on the reviews to hopefully find a new dermatologist that I could go to. In making the appointment I confirmed that the office accepted my insurance and that I would be 100% covered. I then confirmed AGAIN at the office when checked in, and again before leaving as I had just switched insurance companies and didn't want any surprise bills coming my way. This place is wildly unorganized and unprofessional. I decided to have a consultation with the cosmetic office (downstairs) for some laser hair removal. Unfortunately this was the experience that really put a bad taste in my mouth and is causing me to leave the practice overall. Dont let this place fool you. They are marketing experts and they constantly send you emails offering to schedule an appointment. When you schedule an appointment with a physician you have treated with for years, upon arrival (after being sent to an examining room) You are told you are seeing a PHYSICIANS ASSISTANT (not a doctor) and are told doctor is not present. The real insult is the doctors failure to call you back after several messages are left. Thank you Dr. Notaro I will not be returning.

Please be aware of this practice. I would have given a zero stars but wasn't allowed. I am extremely disappointed and devastated from what they did to my eye. I went there almost two weeks ago with a friend to try a Botox treatment for the first time. I explained I was scared because I heard of people getting a droopy eye from it . A woman PA explained that it rarely happens but if it did it was an easy fix. She then proceeded to do mine first. Miserable experience with Dr. Pasquale. I went in for a full body exam and he didn't even ask me to stand up to examine my back. The exam was - at best - cursory. The very next day my wife found an unsightly growth on my back. Now I have to find another Skin Doc. Eric Topol was right. I probably wont see full democratization of medicine in my day but its forthcoming.

I read the reviews about this dermatology office and scheduled an appointment with Dr. Koss based on the favorable YELP reviews.The staff is first class and office is beautiful. She was professional so I agreed to let this doctor do a biopsy on my back: Negative results. I should have forgotten about the favorable reviews here and insisted on viewing the problem she claimed to spot.
