I had an annual skin cancer check with Paul Hoesly and he was efficient, personable and professional. The staff were all lovely. I'll be back next year for a check up and would recommend.

Terrible, assistant- Kristine Nguyen doesn't know how to perform cortisone shots. Now I have divot on the half of the face. While there is always risk because it can be diluted incorrectly or injected not directly to the point, they never discussed risks prior procedure and even worse there is generic report they print ( they sent me it later that they discussed it with and I acknowledged). I scheduled an appointment online more than 2 weeks ago. I was sent a confirmation text that provided a link. It allowed me to add to my phone calendar which provided the Sunnyvale address. I got to the office and was told my doctor worked in the SJ office Mon and Thursdays. Was told they had texted me but that wasn't true. Rescheduled my appt but now unsure if I want to come here anymore.

A very poorly run medical office. Unprofessional staff who don't return phone calls or respond to messages. In addition the doctor Longmire misdiagnosed my skin condition as an allergic reaction. She walked into the exam room barely looked at me & said it's an allergy. She gave me a couple samples told me to use it for a week that didn't work. Dr. Hoesly was great but as with many comments about CSI there is no way to reach the office. Everything goes straight to voicemail. I left a couple of messages, one at 9 am. My prescriptions did not reach my pharmacy and I had to drive about 10 miles in the late afternoon and was told, sorry they've been so busy with phones ringing and they've all been busy returning calls. As many reviews have mentioned getting a hold of their front staff desk is difficult. The clinic itself was busy and my first initial appt. I waited 20 mins before getting seen by the Dr. After I was in the room, answered a few questions with their MAs, photos taken, their PA came in and felt so rushed. I was told to do this and that, and couldn't fully get all my questions answered because she was going 100 mph/min. It is incredibly difficult to get ahold of anyone at this office. Almost all calls go to voicemail for the receptionist but even if they do answer, I can't speak with the nurse whose call I am returning. Nursing calls always go to voicemail. I was seen 2 weeks ago and there is an issue getting the prescription filled. I have called everyday, multiple times a day at various times throughout the day, and have not been able to get anyone on the phone. I went to California Skin Institute with my sons few times. We always had great experiences. Everyone is very friendly and doctors are extremely helpful and knowledgeable.
