Procedure very painful Doc didn't use any numbing medicine. She didn't listen to what I wanted. She went overboard in some areas and then barely did the areas that I asked. So I don't look like I ever did in the past. I know the difference because I've had this procedure done at another location in the past and it was beautiful. I believe she didn't know what she was doing nor had the skill to do it correctly but she did have a lot of confidence in herself. Charged enormous appointment just for a 2 min follow up visit for some paperwork. The paperwork was a 1 line letter stating the condition. A prime example of how businesses erode customer trust and loose them permanently.

I've been to this institute a couple of times - I had different doctors each time and found that some were helpful (Recht) and some were not. The issue I have (which resulted in this 2-star rating) is specifically for their billing department. I was charged for co-pay which I paid in person and then was charged again for it through my insurance. When I called my insurance, they stated that the funds had already been wired to CSI. I was told by the doctor that I will be covered for treating a wart on my hand via my insurance. I see they billed me inappropriately and listed wrong services that they never provided to get the Insurance to pay. I don't think they have ethical business service practices. I was never given the services they listed on billing my insurance. Also, they didn't treat me properly. I will not recommend them. Doctors are good, but they're ability to deliver services on time is deplorable. The first time I came here I waited more than 45 minutes without an explanation or some sort of communication. The second time I showed up early for a stitch removal to be seen by a medical assistant and they were late, again (shocker). I won't be coming back. I paid out of pocket for services and wouldn't come back.

My doctor told me at my visit last month (over two months past the appointment I had at CSI) that he finally received the report he requested.

This review only for customer service at CSI. My family come here every year for annual check up and all the time we have the same issue: our appointments never start on time. It's impossible to schedule something else. My husband failed up very important meeting. His appointment should have started 40 minutes ago and we are still waiting. "Thank you" for that kind of service.
This is the best Skin Care institute I have visited so far. The staff is amazing including the receptionist and other assistants. The service is very prompt and highly effective. I saw Dr. Melinia Honjo who was exceptionally knowledgeable and very quick to diagnose my skin condition. She is very gentle, kind and understandable. She treated my condition and I saw the results immediately in a couple of weeks, as she told me earlier. I highly recommend others to visit this clinic.
What a waste of time and money, combined with another waste of time. Warts. Dr. Melinia Honjo. Wart removal application. Recommendation of over the counter wart medication. Result - negative. Not as in - negative - warts are gone. As in - negative - no result. Well, result in bill to insurance - insurance paid 170, we owe 45. Other then this result - no result.
