Very good answers to all my questions, very efficient use of interns for taking notes and a maintaining details of past visits. Paused one visit to use a microscope to view a rash sample instead of me scheduling a lab appointment and revisit. Spends extra effort making sure you are satisfied and done with the visit. My kind of doctor, for over 35 years!

Very bad responses on the follow up for my wife's annual skin check up. Unfortunately the Front office is going on scheduling appointments and charging for visits where we are not responsible. Patient's important documentation of the photos is missing. This is really a serious issue and nobody is explaining and they are pointing fingers internally.

If I can give 0 stars to this place will be to much. Never answer phone calls, never call back, no follow up with test referrals... absolutely the worst doctors office ever. Do not go to this place!!!!

Cheaply run clinic. I went there 2 times to get acne treatments. Every time the PA was running late, and it seems that the PA was not very competent. The third time, they canceled my appointment one hour before the scheduled time because the PA was not in the office. I wouldn't go back again and recommend people think twice before they come here.

This used to be a very decent doctor's office when it was owned and run by Dr Recht. Since this new owner - California Skin Institute - bought it, it is nothing less than an awfully run clinic. Never less than an hour delay for any visit. Doctor's office is dirty, including the surfaces where the doctor's tools reside. No respect for customers. Please don't go here. I would give it 0 stars if I could. Went in for two consultations and was told I would receive my prescription from the pharmacy. My doctor was Kristine nguyen and it turns out, her assistant, David, messed up my forms and reported my test results as positive when they were negative. They told me this issue would be solved within a couple of days. I tried calling back many times, no answer. Every time I called I ended up waiting about an hour and then being sent to voicemail. Review for billing services: I saw a doctor in October 2020, paid my bill before December 2020, and have been receiving payment notices even TODAY (May 2022, 2 years after the service) even after emailing and calling them several times to fix whatever issue they have at their end. It goes on to show how little they care about resolving issues and I don't even trust the service they provide as doctors anymore. Ridiculous.

Apointment was at 11:20am, was asked to come at 11am to fill out some forms. Arrived at 11. Was done with forms at 11:15am, waited another 40 minutes to get seen. Practitioner prescribed a cream and gave a a piece of paper to call pharmacy. Pharmacy never received the prescription from the office. Days later got a call from the office saying that the practitioner cannot remember prescribing anything. Yet, somehow I have a piece of paper with a phone nu lumber for the pharmacy to calls. It looked professional from most perspectives but their misleading information made it a disaster for me: When I had consulting visit, the doctor confidently told me that the treatment (c&b laser) can be paid with FSA/HSA even insurance can't be used and I double confirmed with her. So I just put $2700 into my FSA (have to spend this year) and scheduled the treatment. I paid the first treatment with FSA but it was denied afterwards.
