This office is amazing! Every time I visit, the staff is always so professional and friendly. Dr. Wilson is the best! Ever since I started coming here, she has been so patient and sweet. She is extremely knowledgeable and always recommends what's best for you. I'm so happy that I found this office where they make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Five stars!
Dr. Monique Wilson is absolutely fabulous. I used her services for three RF micro needling sessions and one clear and brilliant session. I'm happy with the results from each. The micro needling is more of a slow progressing treatment but I will definitely do the upkeep and maintenance in the future with additional sessions. I visited them and appointed with Dr Michelle for exam. She seems in a hurry and says everything about me is alright. She gave me some small samples and quickly chased me out of office. My total length stay in here is only 10 minutes. She just talked to me for 10 minutes and charged me 141 dollar on my insurance in December 2017 and 141 dollar on me four months later. I LOVE Dr. Wilson. She takes time with her patients, she listens, she's friendly and she KNOWS what she is doing. She has an artist's eye to dermatology and she takes the time to make the best cosmetic adjustments and improvements for YOU. I attended Dr. Monique Wilson's presentation at the CSI Fall Gala in Los Gatos and watched her demo the Clear and Brilliant Treatment. We spoke after her presentation on the best treatments for my hyper-pigmentation and she said the Clear and Brilliant would be perfect. I had my first treatment at the Sunnyvale office. I had dark pigmented scars that Dr. Monique Wilson treated with a laser. She was very professional and upfront that I would need several treatments. The facility is very clean and the staff is very friendly! I recommend this place to anyone looking to improve their skin from wrinkles to scar treatment they offer so many services!
Dr. Monique Wilson came highly recommended to address the hyper pigmentation on my face, particularly on both cheekbones. Dr. Wilson and her team have been nothing but amazing. I have been receiving fraxel laser treatments for acne scarring and every time I go everyone is so welcoming and comforting.
