Worked very quickly on the day of installation. Excellent quality, and worked with us to get a window product that fit our expectations. Ours was not as involved as some window jobs, but we felt like we were treated well and got personalized attention. Replaced a bay of windows in our house facing the street.

Sales: The whole process start to finish was great. Jon was fair and honest with us the entire time and answered every question we had along the way. He even honored a quote that he had given us nearly 3 years earlier when we first bought the house. Everything turned out perfect. The framing of the windows was done expertly. Needed to replace windows in the house, including some really old windows in the basement.

Very professional and timely service. Damien and his partner completed what I thought would be a 2 or 3 day project in one morning. The result is flawless. Great product and an even greater team doing the installation. I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND New front and back doors with storm doors and a new window upstairs.

Very well. When taking down the kitchen blinds, a clip broke. Ok. I'll replace it (It was at a very awkward angle due to window being behind the sink and you have to lean over, reach up and hold on to nothing). I am very happy with the new windows. Much better air exchange in the basement, kitchen easy to open and close and attic windows are just what were needed. Window order came in ahead of schedule by about 3 weeks and the whole job was completed in about 5 hours of work (including grinding out 4 glass block windows). Th... read more
