It went beautifully!!! Jon and Mark were very responsive to all questions. There was no pressure applied when talking to them initially; they came out, measured windows, and gave us quote. Their price for all work was extremely reasonable. The installers were really hard workers, prompt, and did an excellent job. The craftsman who performed the removal of the old window and the replacement of the new was great. He was very professional and and efficient in his work. His attentional to detail was clear and unrushed. I couldn't have been more pleased. I had a bedroom window replaced. The design and color needed to conform with my condo's requirements. Scientific Home Services replaced a 20-year-old window with one that was lighter weight but totally more energy efficient than the one i had. I smile every day now.

Scientific Home Services was great. They were courteous, thoughtful and clearly knowledgeable about windows. We discussed options and Jon had great suggestions about what would work in my home. The quality of the windows is high and we are very happy with the finished product. We had a patio door, kitchen window, and six bow-style windows replaced.

Victor was a pleasure to deal with. We scheduled a visit for the window estimate, he gave me the details and timeline, and then returned on schedule to replace the glass. He was very professional-- tidy, precise, polite. Cost seemed reasonable, I had feared it would be more. Work is excellent. We had to have a large picture window in our condo replaced.

I got quotes from like 4 different window companies and we went with them. They still need to fix something. They've been fantastic. They are all great to work with. They have, in my opinion, the best balance between quality and price. They're very helpful and they didn't try to over sell me. The guy was very honest. He could have sold me another window or 2. great to work with, followed up very fast on communicating. techs were highly skilled and top notch. covered rooms with plastic in case of dust during old window removal. cleaned up everything when completed. fun and friendly to work with. can't say enough positive about this company. replaced bay window and kitchen window.

SHS made a great impression from the start with their no hassle or aggressive sales pitch/presentation approach when providing an estimate. It was fast and I didn't have to sit through a 2 hour sales pitch followed by 30 minutes of negotiations. They simply came in with a competitive quote the first time. The delivery and installation was done on-time and complete in a day as they stated during the quote. So far so good, but awaiting delivery of windows/doors. We are waiting for installation, but so far extremely pleased with Jon at Scientific on all accounts, professional, very responsive, punctual. Can finalize opinion after installation. Price was very reasonable compared to two other estimates. We are having all windows replaced and three doors (two sliding).
