very well -- came out promptly to estimate the job, which focused on the type and high quality of windows that we were interested in (contrary to another company that gave a bid), and volunteered advice on saving as much of the original, old-growth wood framing as possible so that our new windows would have greatest durability. This is a great company to work with. Highly recommended. John came to my place to provide the estimate and he did a wonderful job describing the product and the different alternatives so we could compare. He didn't try to oversell or push for us to buy (like other companies did). He was very honest in answering our questions. I was very happy with them. They did a thorough job and they did it the right way. The guy who did the work was helpful with suggestions. They were prompt and their pricing was competitive. Installed 3 new windows and maintenance on other windows

Excellent. The company is efficient, professional, and very responsive. They told us a more cost-effective solution than the work we proposed. Victor is outstanding. Windows needed rebalancing and one needed a pane replaced.

Everyone fromScientific Home Services was a pleasure to work with. From John who came out the first time, and was extremely patient as I researched to Mark who took over and graciously scheduled around the weather and my work to Damian and Yuri who did the actual install everyone couldn't have been nicer to work with. The installers took care with our home, were more than accommodating and worked hard to get the job done right. New Windows throughout my two flat building. 25 Windows in all.
