We moved into a condo that we knew ahead of time needed windows replaced. After our move-in, one window was opened and would not shut- it was stuck OPEN! I called multiple window vendors, and all except Scientific Home Services said they couldn't help us because it was the busy season. Jon came out the next morning and measured our windows- we were so impressed he made time to fit us in given they were also swamped. We love the quality of the product. The sales process went very smoothly and we didn't feel pressured. Installation went smoothly, but if I had it to do over again I would have covered our new hardwood floors. There were a couple scratches/dents from the guys who put them in. Overall a great product and we were really happy with the company. Full replacement of home windows and sliding glass doors

We could not be happier with our decision. The work that Scientific completed, removing and repairing rotten wood from the outside sills and frames, then casing the repairs in Aluminum exceeded my hopes and expectations. The appearance from inside and out is terrific. Once the work was completed, the house seems noticeably quieter. These windows suppress the sounds from the street very effectively and there is not a hint of air leakage even of the several very windy days we have seen in recent weeks. I still think this is one of the best companies on Angie's List; I would have just hired Scientific to replace two doors, but Jon explained a much less costly repair. Scientific did replace all the house windows and did a great job. So, thank you very much, Jon. I really needed a good turn, and I won't forget it. Jon advised me we didn't need two new doors, and he told me exactly how the doors could be fixed

Price was competitive, delivery and installation was as promised. Workers were good, worked late and did a few extras. Tenants seem happy with the windows. Replaced approx 50 windows and 3 patio doors on 6 attached rental town homes..

I was very happy with this company--from the initial meeting with its owner, Jon Koloms, to the final installation, performed by two workers, including Damian Kusek, who directed the work. Jon's estimate was reasonable, and his close inspection of my old windows and thorough explanation gave me confidence that the job would be done carefully. The service Scientific Home Services provides is excellent. This is the second time we've ordered from them, and will use them for any future window or door needs. Jay and Chris, the techs who made the install, were professional, courteous, punctual, and highly skilled. They were respectful and careful of our home and performed a window install and a glass sliding door install (and removed the old window and door) in about 4-hours, exactly as it was estimated.
