Fabulously from the person who came out to measure to the installers. Extremely professional. I went with this company because of how long the business had been operating, approximately 30 years. They gave me a lifetime warranty on windows and Labor which are transferable. The installers, Damian and crew have been with the company for at least 7 years and said very positive things about working for the company. The installers worked the entire time they were there. From the initial consultation right through the installation, this company and all of the people who worked with us were professional, courteous, and a pleasure to work with. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were taken care of at every step. I would use them again. We needed a several windows, including a large picture window replaced and a new front door.
Scientific installed 8 windows in one property, 3 in another, and glazing in another three frames about 6 months ago. They did a stellar job. Scientific Home just replaced the center picture window of the bay window on the front of our house. They also replaced the rotted wood sill under the window and replaced the aluminum trim on the entire bay window. They did not, like some of their competitors, try to sell me an entire bay window assembly. They did a fantastic job. They were early the day of installation, the installers were so professional and courteous. They cleaned everything up and cleaned the windows inside and out. I would use them again and recommend their services to my friends and family. 3 windows installed.
Excellent! The sales representative was knowledgeable about the product line, the style choices and the replacement process. The installers were prompt, tidy and mindful of our furnishings.
