When we decided to replace all our windows, I made a spreadsheet about 10 columns wide to compare the three companies we asked for proposals. The only category Scientific didn’t top was price (they were the middle of the three), and we chose them anyway. I did a lot of research on replacement windows and installation companies before selecting Scientific Home Services, getting bids from six companies including a couple that do a lot of advertising. I was very happy with their bid and with their customer service. Installation day went beautifully. They arrived on time and went right to work. The work was completed by early afternoon. Working with Scientific Home Services was great. From getting a quote, to scheduling, to having the work down everything was efficient and professional. Their quote was competitive, and after 3 months their product is great! I can tell I have better insulation, and the windows look great! The work was done quickly, and they cleaned up after themselves. I didn't have to do anything. Thanks! I will definitely be using them again! Had windows replaced.

Everything went well. For both jobs, the workers were on time and courteous. The craftsmanship ship of the work from the caulking to the aluminum trim exceeded my expectations. The quality of the window is that of a name brand like Anderson but half the cost. New windows and a patio door for my mom.

I had a very good experience from beginning to end with Scientific Home Services. From Jon who came to my home to discuss windows, Mark in the office who set up install date, the install crew was exceptional. Installed 13 windows in one day. Very respectful of home and cleaned up well after install. Very happy with my experience. Love the windows. Would highly recommend. Replacement windows

Very responsive and easy to work with. The quality of door was high quality and very reasonably priced given the quality, custom sizing, free installation, and lifetime warranty. Great customer service. New sliding patio door

Very Well. Cost was good, quality and professionalism was great. Punctual to do the work and complete cleanup after the job. Four very old windows and frames had to be replaced. Overall very satisfied with the work. Window and frame replacement

We contacted Scientific Window and they sent a worker to measure for the window. It was to take 4-6 weeks. When the window was received the installation was scheduled promptly. the installers were right on time and did a great job of installing the window. We are very happy with the results and would use them again if needed. Special order aluminum sliding window needed replacement after fire damage.
