Jon was very congenial in listening to what we were looking for. We live in an older home and were able to save our existing interior window frame (others told me it was not possible). Every phone call or email I sent was responded to within the day. The installation was fast and looks terrific. I thought I was going to have to go back and do some touch up painting but it looks great. I am very pleased. We replaced three existing windows with a picture window.

Extremely glad we chose Scientific Home Services for vinyl replacement windows. This was their second job at our house - we first replaced 3 attic windows because I wanted to see how the windows would look/perform. I was nervous about choosing vinyl because we have a 70+ year old house (traditional style) and were replacing the original wood windows. Excellent. I received bids from 5 different installers on 5 different manufacturers' patio doors. I selected Scientific Home Services to install the Kingsroyal by Softlite. The salesman that visited was knowledgeable about the product and kept the sales pitch to a minimum, just focusing on answering my questions and providing a quote. Everyone I dealt with was polite, punctual, and professional. An error occurred because half-screens were installed when I had ordered full screens. The full screens were ordered immediately and have already been installed. I was asked if I wanted to keep the half screens. When I said that I didn't want them, they were taken away with all of the other trash. I was not billed for the final installment of 60% until the mistake was corrected. Great company! Replacement windows and sliding glass doors

The install was done well. All debris was cleaned up and taken away. Very professional. I would highly recommend them for your windows and doors. They have replaced all our windows in our home and our patio door as well as front door. Mark's team replaced our entire front door at no charge!

Everything was amazing from start to finish! Mark was extremely helpful in guiding us to only replace what was necessary instead of selling us to replace every door and window in our house, which is where we were leaning. His install crew was very professional and courteous, showed up on-time, worked hard, were pleasant in explaining things throughout the install and cleaned up after they finished. Everyone I dealt with at Scientific is great. Very professional and installers were even good with my barky dogs. We replaced most of our windows
