They even worked with me to reduce my interest rate the week before closing.

I have several different options to contact everyone; making it so all of my questions are answered in a timely manner. Everything that has been needed of me has been very clear, making it easy for me to get the needed paper work back to them as soon as possible.

They walk me through each step of the process, answered question, and this process as pleasant as possible. I am very pleased with the service.When I didn't understand something, someone got right back to me and was helpful. I need to look at several options and when I asked for this they worked up the different down payments, the monthly mort with each and how much would be left after closing on each option. This really helped to make the best choice for us.
