DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY WITH SEASIDE VACATIONS! 4 out of 7 days of our vacation was a nightmare with having to make dozens of phonecalls! My family and my best friend and her family went in together to rent a house for a week through seaside the house was Bannermans Villa. Stack N Bananas house experience was not pleasant. We had issues almost every day. Mismanaged. Very disappointed for the price paid.

Just wanted to let those thinking about planning a trip to the Outer Banks to consider using a company other than Seaside Vacations. We recently vacationed there, and had a wonderful time, despite staying in a home that was not properly prepared for guests. I was very disappointed with Seasides professionalism and I expected far better service. The problems we experienced with the home should have never occurred. This was the first and last time we go with Seaside. We have been going to the Outer Banks now for 15 years and we love it. I don't want to completely give a bad review so I will let you make up your own mind. The house we rented was a 7 bedroom, 3 story house in Duck. We were close enough to the water to see it but not touch it. We paid a lot of money for the house. When we got there at 4:30 the house was still not ready. I rented a home from Seaside vacations with my 7 month old son 3 yr old son and wife in September 2013. upon arriving, I found the home to be infested with German Roaches and leaking rein water. I understand that Seaside did not cause the roof to leak or place the roaches in the home, however Seaside vacations refused to resolve the issues. I will never rent from seaside again, not because of the roaches and leaky roof, but because Seaside vacations refused to resolve the issue.
