I have read all the negative reviews and the majority are USER errors, you can't blame SECU for your own incompetence. Yes, you can now pay your credit card, if you actually took the time to click on your credit card you would see the option to pay. You can also send money to others without bill pay. Which is AMAZING!! THANK YOU! I love logging in with my fingerprint, watching my budget and taking a quick glance at my account without logging in. This app is very innovative! I want to commend the efforts of the IT teams/department for the initiative. People will comment negatively as we're not quick to accept changes.
This new version will take a little time to get use too but seems to be okay. Need a shortcut apt to go with it.....
COULD NOT OPEN MY ACCOUNT WHY
what is wrong with billpay? I tried to schedule a payment, the 1st since the App updated 4 days ago according to the information in the Google Play store. I get an error that says, "Bill Pay is out of date" with a big red "X" and "ERROR".

This could be the worst financial app yet. If your interested in your credit score don't use this. The discrepancy between the app and the underwriting is astonishingly different. Imagine the app tells you 656, however Crystal from the welcome wagon says your only 600. No discrepancy here seems the standard bait and switch tactics shared by most greedy institutions. No pleasure to do business with no matter how cordial your agent Crystal may be.
