I really don't understand why online services have not been working today

Good morning, we had the app down Friday for maintenance. We generally do this during off-peak hours. We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused, Fridays are our busiest day for online banking and we would not take it down on a Friday unless it was absolutely necessary. Thank you for bearing with us and your membership.
Love the actual credit union, but the app is rough, particularly the login part. It bugs out and changes screens when typing in login info. It constantly thinks the phone I've had for many years is a "new device"

Thank you for reaching out about this. We currently support the latest 2 Android OS versions. The older the device is, the more inconsistencies you may see in the app. Android 10 is not supported and no longer receives security patches.

This app is always having issues, not very reliable
The app was great, now I can no longer deposit checks. Branches are too far between to be convenient, so what's the point of being a member if I can't even use mobile deposit?! Y'all need to do better.
Very irregular usability. Freezes for no apparent reason. When frozen, it does not display account balances. Seems capricious in functionality, sometimes vindictive in performance. I have been a longtime member of the SECU-MD system and was generally pleased with its operation. Recently the usability and functionality has changed. As if management is less interested in service to the customers and more open to security intrusion issues for profit sake.
