I like Secu. I have been with them for years
Since the update cloud fare has blocked the app from working, same phone same tablet. Nothing has changed

App used to work flawlessly, but over the past 6 months - doesn't store my user name, doesn't remember my device, requires text authentication at every log in, and additional text authentication at every transfer or payment, and alerts are delayed by hours. It's become an absolute pain in the a-- to use.
this new update has ruined the app. it is unusable
YOUR APP AND SERVICE IS TERRIBLE! EVERYONE THERE IS TRASH!!!?

We currently support the latest 2 Android OS versions. The older the software version is, the more inconsistencies you may see in the app. Android 12 is not supported.
I really don't understand why online services have not been working today

Good morning, we had the app down Friday for maintenance. We generally do this during off-peak hours. We are sorry for the inconvenience it caused, Fridays are our busiest day for online banking and we would not take it down on a Friday unless it was absolutely necessary. Thank you for bearing with us and your membership.
Love the actual credit union, but the app is rough, particularly the login part. It bugs out and changes screens when typing in login info. It constantly thinks the phone I've had for many years is a "new device"

Thank you for reaching out about this. We currently support the latest 2 Android OS versions. The older the device is, the more inconsistencies you may see in the app. Android 10 is not supported and no longer receives security patches.
