Chatting with a live agent and after a few minutes, the app hangs and won't send or receive messages.. Also Wishing for "DARK THEME" option for the app. It's too bright.
snapshot frequently doesn't work, pending payments and transfers are not readily visible, and I keep getting a disclosure error that forces me to close the app and reopen. this app sucks.
The platform is unstable and loses connection. You can't look at your accounts much of the time. You only received an error message. Secu needs to prioritize better. If you have money being moved, maybe work on the connection and make sure it's up to the task.

extremely buggy and no longer saves my user name. Constantly to ask me to verify with a numeric code as if its not the only device i use and takes forever to send.
So apparently they upgraded this app and it no longer works on my phone running Android 11. No warning whatsoever. I'll close my accounts before I buy a new phone. update:The reply I got was of no help. I can't even access this page from the Play Store app any longer. I was able to find way to come in from the side on line and leave this comment. My review stands. Accessing on line banking through the web browser is ponderous

We support the last 2 major versions of Android as our standard device support. Typically that doesn't mean that an older device flat out wont work, but the further out of support the device is, the more inconsistencies you'll see. You should still be able to use your devices' browser and navigate to secumd.org and login from the mobile web version

This app was very convenient, now after resetting my phone its no longer compatible. Just this app. Not sure its an android issue, or not

Sorry for the trouble you are experiencing with our app. For security, we support that latest 2 major versions of Android. It looks like you are running Android 10, which is 5 versions from current. This does not mean that you wont be able to use the app, but the older the version of the app, the more inconsistencies you will experience.
fix the issue with depositing checks, sometimes uploading a check results in the app closing before being able to deposit the check
