after putting in the correct credentials try logging onto my account. it was supposed to send a pin to my phone which never came. I tried numerous times, tried chat assistance and was given contrary advice on how to correct the problem, only to be directed to a 800 number that never picks up. have been trying to resolve this issue for some time now. still no call, still no update, still no PIN, still no clue what's wrong with their system
very complicated process for no reason. why give customers a tough time when they're paying you ?
The app does not work with a Samsung Galaxy S25 ultra despite uninstalling and reinstalling. Continues to tell me that my password and username are incorrect despite being able to log in on the website.
Worst banking app I've tried in my life. Don't use it.
Chatting with a live agent and after a few minutes, the app hangs and won't send or receive messages.. Also Wishing for "DARK THEME" option for the app. It's too bright.
snapshot frequently doesn't work, pending payments and transfers are not readily visible, and I keep getting a disclosure error that forces me to close the app and reopen. this app sucks.
The platform is unstable and loses connection. You can't look at your accounts much of the time. You only received an error message. Secu needs to prioritize better. If you have money being moved, maybe work on the connection and make sure it's up to the task.
can't sign on
extremely buggy and no longer saves my user name. Constantly to ask me to verify with a numeric code as if its not the only device i use and takes forever to send.
