I went to get 10k and the teller asked me why I wanted (my money) it. When I said it wasn't their business. They refused to give it to me. It took and hour and threatening to call the police before I got it.
Fire your UX team im going to keep posting this review over and over as many times as I use this app and find it lacking you can keep removing it all you wantb
I used to love the app. Now it's a pain in the .... Buttons half off of the screen (which will not auto rotate) are useless! Please stop 'fixing' what wasn't broken.

Horrible App. Constantly offline due to "updates". Nothing is ever changed after update. Getting tired of Secu as a whole. Thinking about changing banks soon. Much better banking apps out there.

Completely useless app. I have two SECU account numbers, neither one is recognized by the app when trying to register.
App is not user friendly, Poor customer service hours
Since the most recent update on 12/15/20 I'm unable to use it. It starts to open then keeps giving me a app crashed warning.
