The repair was good. But I was shocked that you had to keep my truck for a full week. I think you need to hire more service techs.

Oil change and tires were fine this time. Last time they failed to properly rotate them. This time they failed to top off fluids...AGAIN! They always forget!

After my truck waited a week to be looked at, 2 of the 3 jobs that were done were done incorrectly and I have to come back.

Terrible customer service! I brought my truck in for service asking for them to look at my rear view mirror only to be told I would have to bring it back in when I’m dropping it off they couldn’t be bothered to help nor update my apple car play for the new iPhone not connecting. Instead I was kicked out because I was asking why no one could do their job. After my wife bought a 22 suburban only to blow up 3 months of owning it. I strongly recommend reading this review before considering a Chevrolet vehicle. While I hope that my service experience doesn't reflect the service level of the brand, it is only my first attempt to repair/service the vehicle, so we should see. I had a great experience with John Bannon in sales — he was professional, helpful, and made the buying process smooth and pressure-free. The dealership has also been responsive and worked with me to correct an issue I discovered after the sale. The problem was specifically with Hairo in finance. One star is still 2 stars too high. We made an appointment to speak to the GM regarding several issues. We called as we left our house. When we got their the GM left. No call to let us know. Apparently the GM dumps complaints on their sales and finance managers.......more on that to come. They completely lied about an extended warranty/maintenance package. Today service was horrible. I’ve never been so disappointed in a dealership service before. When I asked for a supervisor it was dismissed. I’m not a person to come out of character however I wish I would have told them some colorful words. Needless to say no one has contacted me and I ended up going to another Chevy dealership for a simple fix. I left a note on the desk.
