I contacted the dealership regarding a truck. I received prompt responses from the sales associate and was able to secure a deal. I was 5 hours away and would have reached the dealership past closing (we agreed on sales price in the late afternoon). It was agreed that we could arrive the next morning by 10 AM with cash in hand for the deal. Waited over 10 mins for 1st appt. Then they lied about matching a Carmax offer.

They were not transparent about the markup of their cars over MSRP. So you spend all this time going to the dealership only to find out the car has been marked up $10,000 above sticker price. The ethics of this is questionable.

Numbers kept changing nothing was ready when I got there. The sales person I had an appointment with wasn’t there. There prices didn’t meet what gm financing told me. They were 300 more a month and the couldn’t explain why. So I left without purchasing a vehicle

That lowball you on your trade and want to sell thier car for high dollar I have been in the car business for over 30 years never saw stuff this dealership does

Too many heads in the process ! Too many say will help , Do not . Don’t listen to your requests! Try to sway you to a loan ?

I live almost 2 hours away but they have a great car & with great mileage willing to make the drive. First guy great but left for vacation. After that…crickets…barely any response did NOT give them permission to run my credit 15 times. Car listed at 26k (tried telling me 28 until I sent the original text) had a trade in with 8400 positive ran credit for 24k please tell me how 26k-8k=24 not helpful no real communication. Not my first rodeo but will be my last here. Sad.

Never recommended, sales person name is not listed, but can't even remember his name, Raphael from financial, never call me back
