If you are looking for the worst customer service in the business, then head on over to Seminole Chevrolet. As a business owner myself I don’t go online looking to troll businesses and give them a bad reputation, but that said I believe customer service is paramount to a successful business and if I had people treating my customers like this I would want to know immediately. Not sure how their rating was so high, definitely not the experience I had when trying to purchase. It was all about just getting you into the dealer and not looking to build a relationship.

BUYERS BEWARE! !! BUNCH OF LIARS!!! GM DOESNT CARE HOW BAD HER STAFF IS. TOOK ADVANTAGE OF A 18 UEAR OLD BOY!!! JASON IS THE WORST MANAGER IN THE WORLD. CALL US LIARS BECAUSE WE CAUGHT HIM IN A LIE!!! THERE ARE PLENTY OF DEALERSHIPS AROUND DONT USE THIS ONE!!!

2019 Chevrolet Camaro LT Convertible. I dropped my car off Thursday with a Convertible issue. 4 Days later they told me they don’t fix convertibles, but I still owe $179 diagnostic fee and that my dad told them to change the battery. Spoke to him, nobody told them it needed a battery. Now if I don’t want to pay for the $285 battery they would need to hold my car longer to take it out. We were baited into going there (1 1/2 hrs away) only to find out the car was in the shop. We had called the dealership as we were on the way to make sure car was available and no one said anything about that, so we drove up. Some of the newer suvs had the wrong sticker price and name on it and they didnt seem to care.

They attached unwanted extras to finance unbeknownst to me and I left the lot giving them 2x to clean and still left in a dirty condition.

This was the crappiest dealings that I have had with a dealership. I was looking to buy a vehicle in a couple weeks picked out the one I want which was the 2023 Tahoe. Then I was told they don’t normally hold the vehicle with a deposit which I was fine with. And then asked the sales person to work me a deal anyway so I had somewhat of an idea of what I was working with. Salesman ignored me. After we have the deal done and I added the car to my insurance policy and I have a check ready to pay and like 2 hours prior to my appointment they text saying sorry the car was sold. 👎

My salesperson Mr. Odin Manuel is nice person, but he did not take time to explain the future service offer or warranty of the manufacturer. He was kind of rushing to sale the car, which I was not expecting. I do not have better experience.
