Stay away, terrible dealership, yes they are all smiles when you walk in but their goal is to sell you a car they want to sell you from the lot. VERY deceptive advertising. Told us a model we wanted had a certain option we needed. After recieving the car and driving it home before we realized it did not have the option we went back and the saleman was "shocked" it did not have the option. would not let us trade the new car for the model with the option we wanted even when we told them we would pay the difference in the optio... read more
Bought a new 2011 Chevy Silverado and it took over 5 hrs to complete the purchase. We have bought and traded vehicles over the yrs and never had a problem with slow sales staff.. Our salesman Mr. D. McIntosh was very helpful to us.. We got 1 pass to Universal Studios and he tried to get another one for us but was unsuccessful..I'm not paying $ 85.00 to get in. After all we traded in two vehicles for one and they could afford to give another one..
