Service department nightmare High priced, inexperienced rep, spent 2400. And got my car back with the same issues I took it there for. After a second trip they quoted 4200. To fix it. They dropped the price to 1700. When I told them. Was taking it somewhere else. I did not trust them, turns out the low air pressure in 2 tires was causing traction control light service light to come on, wow! I wonder what they really did for my 2400. Rediculous! We purchased out Truck in July 2013. We hit the 24,000 miles so we pay for oil changes and tire rotation. We were happy to continue our business here until we received the invoice after the oil today. A simple oil change cost us $69.03. Paid $17.00 for the labor, parts were $45.00 and $2.12 just to write the order. We will NOT give them our future business. Thirsty Reservoir The dealership and Billy Larney are great. Billy is always helpful and gets me in and out as quickly as possible. I was a bit disappointed this visit however. I paid for a 300.00 “service” job and afterwards used the window washer only to find it was empty! Makes me wonder what other fluids the technician may have missed when he or she “serviced” the car. Left feeling a bit thirsty!!

Worst Company ever! This company will lie and steal your money! You should run as fast as you can to get away. They overcharged my credit card and did no work. The laughed and said sue us when I told them of their mistake. If you want to lose all your money and still have a broke down car then feel free to go there!

A HORN!! I had an appointment and got there on time. I told the service man that I had a lunch nearby and hoped that he could have it done when I returned. At 1:15 he said they were still doing diagnostics. How dumb are they - the HORN was broken. Then he said it would take 1-1.5 hours. WOW! it could have been done while I was at lunch! No excuse for such service!
Very Disappointing Service Department I took my vehicle in to have an oil change and have some issues checked out. I was not told that some of the items would cost me $89.00 to check them and then charge me on top of that to repair the problem. I take my other vehicle to the Lincoln dealership and they find the problem and fix it for one price, but that's comparing steak to hot dogs. Responding 4 weeks after leaving the e-mail is consistent with the service I received. Also the recall parts didn't come in in the 4- 6 weeks I was told, so I will have another dealer take care of the recall on my wife's vehicle. I'm just glad that we didn't buy a vehicle from you last September and then receive the same no quality service.
Experience after purchase Sales experience was fine. Dealing with these two after the sale was horrific. They turned a pleasant experience into a nightmare. I'm so mad at how I was treated after the sale that I will never go to a David Maus dealership again. Not for sales or service. It gives " whatever it takes" a new meaning. Heck I may never buy another Chevy
