Service after the sale was terrible The sale went fine. The price was fine. The service after the sale was less than desirable. MAKE SURE everything you want done is on the WEOWE -as we asked for a dent to be removed and had that put on the WEOWE. We asked that the small chips be touched up too and the salesman said that the small chips in the paint would automatically be touched up when they fixed the dent.He did NOT write THAT on the WEOWE, so when I picked up the vehicle, the dent was fixed BUT the chips were not touched ... read more

Liars Bunch of manipulative liars. They string you a long, waste your time, money, and ruin your great credit. They have no idea what they are doing and throw bs numbers around to get you in. Full of empty promises and reading reviews now I wish I would have looked into it. Took my business elsewhere and got hooked up no issues at all. I wouldn’t recommend this place if it was the last dealership in the world. From others reviews I don’t think they would either. Laughable.

STAY AWAY....BEWARE. STAW AWAY....BEWARE.... Went to look/buy a car and after all numbers where discussed we couldn't come up with the amount of down payment due to the credit score. We went ahead and tried to get the extra money and when we came back they said that the only way our deal could "MAKE SENSE" for them to do business was if we signed up for premium extended warranty for the car which cost $3,000 more!!! raising the car payment $87/mth. TERRIBLE SERVICE & SALES Overall I would completely avoid David Maus Chevrolet. i have never been so disrespected and lied to as much as I have been at this dealership. I have also caught there service advisors joking around in my vehicle and revving it. I have also been misadvised countless times and lied to. Also I had a manager yell at me for a loaner being out to long while my car was still at the dealer....TRUST ME....STAY AWAY FROM DAVID MAUS. EVEN WITH A WARRANTY THEY WILL FIND A WAY TO SCREW YOU OVER.

Lost Interest Took two months to get a quote on tires. Service Director would not return phone calls. Always had someone else call back with an attitude that they really didn’t care about my business. I guess the dealership does not want customer paid labor.

Service Department I recently just had the dealership replace a simple radiator in my truck... needles to say, my accessories I had mounted had to be taken back off and remounted because they just couldn't figure out how to put it back after removing it (???) I corrected their mistake myself, because one thing I want do is take something back to someone who didn't do the job right the first time...

Run..... Horrible experience! I own a 2013 Chevy Camaro, I called Chevy because I was having issues with my trunk. Chevy gave me a 100$ credit to have the car diagnosed. Of all the choices given by Chevy, I chose David Moss Chevy in Sanford. My trunk does not open with the remote or push button on the driver side door. It's a 3 year old car, how does this happen? So of no fault of my own, I figured it would be covered! If I had caused damage, of course I would gladly pay for it! So I get there, they take my vehicle, an 1 1/2... read more

Never again My whole experience was a flop with this dealership...they don't have any people skills...nor do they communicate at all...from purchasing my vehicle...to the lack of concern with the supervisors there...I would NEVER go back or recommend this dealership....I literally have a laundry list of dissapointments with my experience here...& it's a shame cause I had went there just for the fact it was David Maus...

Highly disappointed. Service Dept. nightmare. First time buying a car so we came to David Maus because we knew one of the salesman. I bought a used car and noticed it was making a rather loud AC Fan noise that occurred about every 5-8 seconds while the AC was on, that the salesman quickly said was normal and this car made this noise to cool down the turbo.
