Taken me a bit to decide to submit this but have thought it through. We purchased a new 2017 Colorado in the same model year. The dealership was more than interested in selling us a new vehicle and also sold the third party clear coat they recommend at the time of purchase. We came here with intentions of purchasing a used vehicle. Our experience started out really well and took a quick turn downhill. When we walked in we were greeted by one of the sales men who was very friendly. He asked us a bunch of questions about our must haves in a vehicle. Communicated throughout the day with a salesman about a vehicle. Told them we were traveling over five hours to come see it. We worked out the financing with them and agreed to notify them when we were on our way. Left work early, packed up our children, and found a place to stay overnight with the intent to purchase the vehicle and bring it home tomorrow. Horrible experience! I own a 2013 Chevy Camaro, I called Chevy because I was having issues with my trunk. Chevy gave me a 100$ credit to have the car diagnosed. Of all the choices given by Chevy, I chose David Moss Chevy in Sanford. My trunk does not open with the remote or push button on the driver side door. It's a 3 year old car, how does this happen?
