had an appointment for an oil change, tire rotation. Two and half hours later, nothing. To them, it was oh well, and we were waiting with two children, and one special needs. Shame on you. Why schedule an appointment, with this uncaring service. They are constantly solicitating my business, and trying to get us to trade our cars in for newer ones. Absolutely not with this kind of service, and manner.

I own a GMC Sierra pickup that had a check engine light come on. The closest GMC dealer is about 20 miles away so I figured I would try out Seminole Chevrolet cause of how close it was to my house. I called their service line and told the service operator that I'd need to wait for my vehicle while being serviced. She gave me the first available appointment on Friday 1/26 at 730AM. BEWARE THEY WILL SELL THE VEHICLE BEFORE YOU CAN GET THERE! I reached out to the dealership regarding a used vehicle. The sales associate was very nice and we confirmed a deal via phone and messages. The sales manager signed the sale price agreement and I confirmed with the sales associate via message and verbally. Went to another family owned mechanic and the list of things that were causing the problems that totaled over 6000 dollars was able to be solved by replacing a 250 dollar battery. Crooks

Typical Bait and switch.... was online looking at vehicles at Seminole Chevrolet, they have a guide for "Value your Car" so I had two cars and ran both estimates. They give a range of value by year, milage and condition. Even at the low range I considered to go, I am an auto mechanic and meticulous with my vehicles, great condition, detailed when I brought them in. I bought a new car. The salesman was great setting up the deal, took delivery and the Window tint that was installed at dealer was bubbling up in quite a few places, called salesman he told me they were having problems with the tint company, my salesman said they were getting a new company and they would call me to set up appointment. I scheduled a service call off of the website and took my truck in, and stated when I scheduled the visit that I would wait. When I got there, I told them I would wait, and he said that I was about the 14th vehicle in line and they would most likely not get to it today. Why even schedule an appt then? And he did mention, and giving him credit by the way, that if it was a transmission issue, they only have one tech for that and he was two weeks behind. Very disappointed. I would not recommend bringing your vehicle for service at Seminole Chevy. I called to schedule an appointment for my diesel truck. I made sure to let the people know it was a diesel I would be bringing in. Upon my arrival I was assigned to an individual who was a "gas" person and could not assist me with my truck. I asked why this would happen and my service person told me that when they schedule it's just whoever you get. BUYERS BEWARE! DO NOT BUY USED CARS from here. This is the second car I have purchased from this dealership. LEMON cars. They run fine for the first 6 months then you start having to repair and replace. My first purchase happened in 2018 a 2016 Buick encore which had only 32k miles on it. Broke down the first 5/6months and years later cost me over 3k in repairs. So, I traded it for this 2020 Mitsubishi eclipse.
